Your Personal Information is kept confidential and secure and is not disclosed to anyone outside of Letmelist.ca and our service providers without your consent, unless required by law. Letmelist.ca uses well-recognised and proven technology for payments. Payment information is transferred by the use of an SSL connection which offers the highest degree of security that your browser is able to support.
Pricing and Refunds
Flat listing fees do not include any commissions payable to a co-operating brokerage. In addition to these fees there must be remuneration for any co-operating brokerage assisting in the sale of property. These flat membership listing fees give consumers access to low flat fee real estate commissions and buyer rebates. To be transparent and to comply with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002. Sec 36 (1), any flat listing fees are membership fees only and are payable in advance, are generally non refundable, and do not form part of any listing agreement or commission. In the instance that our services were not delivered on time or as described in the your package details then a refund may be issued. To request a refund please contact our staff and provide reasonable cause as why a refund should be considered.
Internet e-mail
Any unprotected e-mail communication over the Internet is not confidential and is subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.ODR is not responsible for and will not be liable to you for any damages in connection with an e-mail sent by you to ODR or an e-mail sent by ODR to you.
Limitation of liability
Neither ODR nor any of its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims of third parties.
Jurisdiction
The Site is administered by ODR from its offices in Ontario. The Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. By accessing this site, you submit to and attorney to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
